Our Leadership

With decades of experience identifying, investing, nurturing and growing Companies, Ron joined Oremus in 2011. He received an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a BS in Marketing (Magna Cum Laude) from Upper Iowa University, and an AS in Quality Technology (with honors) from Rock Valley College.

His previous leadership positions include: Director and COO of a privately-owned retail interior design and fixture/furniture company; Vice President, Operations of a privately-owned multi-plant specialty, stainless-steel sand-casting foundry; Resident Manager of a division of a privately-owned multi-plant manufacturer of Class II and Class III specialty paper and disposable paper medical products company; Director of Operations of a privately-owned manufacturer of brand-name durable consumer products; Business Unit Manager of a division of a public manufacturer of Class I, II and III durable and disposable medical products; and Director of Business Development of a division of a public industrial products company.

Mr. St. Clair is responsible for growing the business in North America.

Raj, a Management Graduate and a Chartered Financial Analyst started his career over a decade ago with a consulting firm. A consummate professional, Raj brings the most crucial essence to Oremus, Client relationships. The face of the company, he is largely responsible for its impressive customer base and for keeping the company ahead of the competition. Currently the Managing Director of e-lta and Escribe Europe, he ensures that new business is always en route to our company, expanding the business of the group while ensuring all stakeholders are motivated. Outside work, Raj is a keen golfer and enjoys spending time playing the sport.

Lalit is a Chartered accountant with over 18+ years of experience. He spent a decade with a big four audit firm and has extensive experience in Assurance and Advisory where the clientele included large public entities and multinational corporations across sectors, both in India and abroad. His corporate experience includes working with a large corporate house in financial reporting, assurance and strategy. Further, his experience also includes working with startups and providing strategic business and financial advice and inputs.
Lalit is a process-focused and result-oriented individual at work. He likes to spend his free time with his family travelling.

Mark is an economics graduate from Northumbria University and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2007. He also possesses a degree in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes and is a member of the association of accounting technicians. He has worked within the licensed trade sector throughout his career and possesses a wealth of knowledge working with different levels within the sector, from single tenanted outlets to consultation with board members of national pub companies.
His experience is widely sought after, particularly with reference to marketing and promotional strategies and concepts for improving underperforming sights and portfolios while striving to deliver growth for licensed outlets. As a founding member, Mark was instrumental in establishing elta as one of the main providers of accounting advice and expertise to the licensed trade since 2007. He was later appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of e-lta, escribe Europe and Oremus UK.
Outside work, his consuming passion is his love for Newcastle United Football Club, having been a seasoned ticket holder since 1985, with added interest in the game of golf.

Bala, a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, comes from expertise in accounting operations and business development. He is a veritable storehouse on all matters corporate and legal. The proficient combination of his knowledge of project finance and accounts makes him one of the integral pillars of Oremus. Known for the deft handling of teams, Bala’s vigilant yet practical attitude keeps the company rooted even as it takes wings. His keen eye for detail and cautionary approach to delivering quality service ensures that Oremus does not have dissatisfied customers. In his personal time, Bala enjoys exploring new automation and technology tools.

Suresh made sense of intimidating numbers for a decade before founding Oremus. An associate member of the Chartered Accountants of India, Suresh brings the indispensable expertise of handling data-driven transitions and year-end closures. Beginning his career with a manufacturing startup, he is deft in cutting through the noise and bringing order to chaotic new ventures. Skilled in Business Planning, Accounting, Taxation, Financial Advisory, and Management, Suresh is an indispensable pillar to the foundation of Oremus, bringing in a wealth of requisite wisdom to a rapidly growing Oremus. Outside work Suresh enjoys music.

Lisa is now in her fourth decade working in the accounting services industry. Lisa began her training and career in Chartered Accountancy practices in the UK and then moved to various private businesses, including manufacturing companies and industries working as Financial Controller to currently working as CBO for the Oremus Corporation, heading up all UK operations. She has extensive expertise in financial and tax requirements for small and medium-sized operations, as well as running accountancy practices, making her well placed to consult across geographies, industries, and accounting service functions.
Based in the UK, Lisa likes to spend her downtime with her husband and three sons but finds more of her leisure time happily taken up by her dog an Italian Spinone called Geoffrey and her cat, Fearghal a Maine Coon
