- Supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities
- Establish appropriate practices for collecting client financial information, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the client’s accounting including:
- Month and Year-End Process
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Receipts & Payments
- General Ledger
- Payroll and Utilities
- Revenue and Expenditure Variance Analysis
- Account Reconciliations
- Fixed Asset accounting
- Other requirements [Business/Client Specific]
- Provide guidance to the team to Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles are adhered to
- Coordinate and complete annual audits of clients
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure appropriate financial reporting and come up with practices to improve efficiency
- Recruit and hire new employees
- Training, Appraisals, Career Planning
- Align team performance to Organizational Goals
Required
- Relevant experience as team manager in F&A domain
- Capable of handling team of 10-20
- Good Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Prior experience of working in BPO is preferred
- Education and experience:CA/CPA with 4 plus years of relevant experience.
