A Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of experience in Indian Taxation, he leads the tax compliance division, handling direct and Indirect taxation. In the ever-dynamic world of tax laws, Srinivasa keeps our staff and company up to date, resonating and ensuring that both our team and our clients are current and relevant. Guiding and motivating his team, he ensures that any queries raised are addressed with precision and efficiency. An Avid cricket fan, Srinivasa enjoys his weekends playing and watching the game.
Nikhilesh leads the compliance team at Oremus. A Company Secretary with a bachelor’s in commerce, Nikhilesh has over 7 plus years of experience in several domains of compliance that include assisting overseas companies incorporating entities in India, Capital restructuring, Foreign & Overseas Investment, Legal Due Diligence and Advising on Corporate Governance and other legal matter. Ambitious and self-driven, he thrives on the complexities of a challenge. With over 30 years of experience in the work field, 15 years with our company alone, Lakshmi has been in the field of Internal audit and controls over the last 9 years. Having a Master’s in Business Administration, her expertise also extends to Accounting and Payroll operations. An extremely friendly and flexible person, Lakshmi thrives off knowledge sharing. A devout person, she leads her life with the principle of helping those in need. Outside work, Lakshmi is a huge movie buff and enjoys spending time with her family.
