JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare and send Statutory Reports to Regulators in the U.S
- These reports include Financial Statements, Transaction Reporting, Memos etc.
- Monitor and sort incoming compliance related emails and sync with the ticketing system
- Assist the Client Team in US for Annual Renewal of Business Licenses (currently applicable in 48 US states)
- Ensure that the client remains in Good Standing with all states within US
- Meet reporting deadlines
- Prepare for weekly calls with the CFO and the Director of Compliance
- Liaison with Accounting and Operations verticals on specific data
REQUIRED:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or equivalent, Accounting
Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge on MS Office and Windows
