Manager- Accounting Operations:

  • Supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities
  • Establish appropriate practices for collecting client financial information, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the client’s accounting including:
  • Month and Year-End Process
    • Accounts Payable/Receivable
    • Receipts & Payments
    • General Ledger
    • Payroll and Utilities
    • Revenue and Expenditure Variance Analysis
    • Account Reconciliations
    • Fixed Asset accounting
    • Other requirements [Business/Client Specific]
  • Provide guidance to the team to Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles are adhered to
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits of clients
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure appropriate financial reporting and come up with practices to improve efficiency
  • Recruit and hire new employees
  • Training, Appraisals, Career Planning
  • Align team performance to Organizational Goals

Required

  • Relevant experience as team manager in F&A domain
  • Capable of handling team of 10-20
  • Good Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Interpersonal & Communication Skills
  • Prior experience of working in BPO is preferred
  • Education and experience:CA/CPA with 4 plus years of relevant experience.
