With a strong background in Internal Audit and Controls, she also holds a master’s in business administration, and her expertise extends into Accounting and Payroll Operations. Known for her approachable and adaptable nature, Lakshmi is deeply committed to knowledge sharing and empowering those around her. Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration, integrity, and a continuous drive for improvement. A devout individual, Lakshmi lives by the principle of helping those in need, both personally and professionally.
